Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 12, 2026

This is a working draft provided for review. The binding Privacy Policy is finalized before public launch.

1. Who we are

FireballKaraoke.com is operated by OIS Technologies, a Maryland company. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information you provide (such as your email, display name, and host or singer profile), basic usage data needed to run the Service, and song requests and singing history generated during shows. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we don’t store full card numbers.

3. What stays on your rig

By design, your catalog’s file paths never leave your rig. We store song titles and artists, never file locations. Per-rig backups are the only artifact that contains rig file paths and singer contact details; they are private to the host, encrypted at rest, and never exposed to singers or other hosts.

4. How we use information

We use your information to operate the Service: to run request portals and rotations, sync your roster and history, process billing, provide support, keep the platform secure, and improve how it works.

5. How information is shared

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as payment processing and cloud hosting), and when required by law. A singer’s performance history is visible only to that singer and the host it happened with.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

8. Your choices

You can access and update your profile, cancel your subscription, and request deletion of your account. Contact us and we’ll help you exercise your rights under applicable law.

9. Children

The Service isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes & contact

We may update this policy as the Service evolves; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Questions? Email [email protected].
