Terms of Service

This is a working draft provided for review. The binding Terms of Service are finalized before public launch.

1. Agreement

FireballKaraoke.com (the “Service”) is operated by OIS Technologies, a Maryland company (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

The Service offers free singer accounts and paid host (KJ) accounts. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions, trial & billing

Host accounts include a one-month free trial. After the trial, host access is billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity, no interfering with other users’ shows, and no attempts to breach security or access data that isn’t yours. Hosts are responsible for the conduct of their shows and for any content they upload.

5. Your content and your rig

You retain ownership of your data. The Service is additive to the FireballKaraoke plugin: your song files and their file paths never leave your rig, and per-rig backups are private to the host, encrypted, and never shared with singers or other hosts.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided “as is” without guaranteed uptime. By design, your live show does not depend on the cloud. Core plugin features continue to work offline.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for other users or the platform.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
