Scheduled shows do two jobs: they tell the world where you are playing, and they give you a poster with your request code on it.
One night or every week
A one time show is a single date. A weekly show is a first date, an optional last date, and everything in between, so a Thursday residency is one entry rather than fifty.
Either way you set the venue, the title, and the times once, and the dates come from that.
Changing one date
Individual dates can be cancelled without touching the rest of the run, and a cancelled date can be restored if the venue changes its mind. There is a copy action for the week you get asked to cover somebody: pick a new day and that show appears on it, marked as a copy.
Posters
Every series has a printable poster. It is a letter sized PDF with your name, the show title, the schedule, the venue and address, your QR code, and the line telling people to scan it to request a song.
You need a claimed web address before a poster can exist, because the code has to point somewhere. See claim your web address.
Reprint after you change your web address. The screen updates itself; paper does not.
Where the dates show up
Your public page lists your upcoming dates, and singers who follow you can be told when tonight is one of them. That is the quiet payoff of keeping the schedule current: people turn up.
Reports
A scheduled series can carry up to three venue email addresses, which is what the show report goes to after the night ends.
