After a show ends we can email a report of the night: how many singers, how many songs, how it compared to your recent shows, and when you are back.
Your report
Switch it on once in your settings and it arrives after each show. It is a short read: the tiles at the top are the numbers, the charts underneath are the trend, and the last line is your next date at that venue.
Each show is reported once. Reopening a show later does not resend it.
The venue's report
A scheduled series can carry up to three venue email addresses. This is the version you send to the person who books you, and it is worth sending: a bar manager who can see the room filling up is a bar manager who rebooks.
You choose which sections the venue sees, and you can put a short introduction of your own at the top. Replies go to you, not to us.
Unsubscribing
Every venue report carries an unsubscribe link, and it offers a choice rather than a single switch: stop this series, or stop everything from FireballKaraoke. Nobody at a venue has to email you to get out of a list.
What is not in it
No singer contact details, and nothing about the people in the room beyond the counts and the songs. A report is about the show, not about who was at it.
